We are seeking a

Site Executive - MEP

with strong experience in handling

MEP fit-out projects

in clean rooms, laboratories, and warehouses. The ideal candidate will be a proactive engineer capable of leading project execution on-site with a strong focus on

quality, safety, and compliance

.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage MEP fit-out projects for clean rooms, labs, and warehouses. Oversee installation work to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project efficiency. Coordinate across site teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly. Monitor compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards. Ensure adherence to design drawings and construction sequences. Plan, track, and manage project schedules and milestones. Verify and certify contractor bills and site measurements. Support commissioning and qualification activities, particularly for cleanroom and pharmaceutical environments. Utilize MS Office and AutoCAD for project documentation, reporting, and design review.
