Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
Prepare BOQs, quantity estimates, and cost analysis.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, design specifications, and project requirements.
Review drawings and provide technical guidance to the team.
Maintain site records, work progress reports, and documentation.
Liaise with architects, project managers, and consultants as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3-6 years of relevant experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple sites and meet deadlines.
