Job Description

We are seeking for a technically strong and detail-oriented

Site Engineer (Civil)

to manage and supervise ongoing interior and construction projects at our sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, and excellent project coordination, and ability to ensure projects are completed on time and with in quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor day to day activities in site

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house design/project teams.

Ensure safety and quality compliance, and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Manage site materials, inventory, and labour, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and BOQs.

Provide technical guidance to workers and solve on-site problems efficiently.

Maintain daily project progress reports, labour reports, and site photographs.

Liaise with clients during site visits, ensuring satisfaction.

Spotting and addressing potential safety issues.

Enforcing safety protocols on site.

Assessing staff productivity and implementing disciplinary measures if needed.

Informing company of equipment repair or maintenance.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma In Civil Engineering

Minimum 4 years' experience

Strong understanding of construction drawings and execution

Good communication Skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
