Supervise day-to-day execution at the residential construction site.
Ensure quality control and adherence to design, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth work flow.
Monitor material usage and manage site inventory in coordination with purchase team.
Maintain daily reports, site measurements, and labor records.
Ensure safety protocols and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with architects, clients, and internal design teams for on-site execution alignment.
Attend site meetings and provide updates to management regularly.
Key Skills
:
Strong understanding of civil construction practices (residential preferred).
Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office and basic project reporting tools.
Basic knowledge of billing and BOQ will be a plus.
Qualifications
:
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on site experience.
