Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at construction and renovation sites.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and clients.
Monitor quality, safety, and progress at site.
Maintain site reports, documentation, and material inventory.
Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth workflow.
Travel to remote sites as required.
Required Candidate Profile
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
1-8+ years of experience in construction or renovation site supervision.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Ability to read drawings and handle site measurement and documentation.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Willingness to travel frequently.
