Minimum 5 years of telecom tower or construction industry experience, including supervision or SME roles. Strong understanding of construction safety principles, including lifting, temporary works, and structural integrity. Proven experience conducting site audits, training sessions, and risk assessments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with ISO 45001, OSHA, or equivalent HSE management systems. Experience with MEWP work restraint/fall arrest systems and rescue equipment inspection. Regional or global project experience, including travel to emerging markets. Coaching and mentoring ability. Passion for safety excellence and Target Zero culture.
