Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and supervise electrical works as per approved drawings, BOQ, and departmental specifications. Coordinate with department engineers, consultants, and inspection authorities for approvals and site inspections. Ensure compliance with departmental standards, IS codes, and safety regulations. Prepare and submit daily progress reports, measurements, and work completion records. Handle departmental measurements, billing support, and documentation for RA/final bills. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely completion of works. Ensure proper material planning, receipt, and usage as per project requirements. Attend departmental meetings, site reviews, and resolve technical/site-related issues. Ensure quality control, testing, and commissioning of electrical installations. Maintain site records, drawings, and as-built documentation Street lighting, HT/LT lines, substations

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Minimum

2-5 years

of experience in electrical projects Knowledge of departmental procedures, inspections, and billing processes

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and departmental specifications Familiarity with BOQ, measurements, and billing Good coordination and communication skills Ability to manage site execution independently Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards
