The Company is a managed office operator specializing in providing exclusive, built-to-suit office spaces that are tailor-made to meet clients' specific business needs. The Company operates as a real estate partner for clients ( ranging from rapidly growing startups to established organizations ) by offering end-to-end solutions for office space acquisition, design, build, and management .HeadQuartered in Mumbai the Company is operational since 2017 and is currently operating from Bangalore, Mumbai, Thane,New Delhi and Noida.

:

Site Engineer to support ongoing and upcoming commercial fit-out projects in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in site execution, project management, basic civil engineering, and designing, along with hands-on experience in managing commercial interior fit-outs. Key Responsibilities: o Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality execution of commercial fit-out works. o Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. o Review and interpret design drawings and BOQs, ensuring on-ground implementation as per approved plans. o Oversee site execution activities including civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work. o Maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and highlight delays or risks to the project manager. o Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality parameters, and compliance protocols on site. o Track and verify materials, resources, and manpower requirements at the site. o Prepare site reports, daily progress updates, and assist in billing and documentation. o Ensure smooth coordination between multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field. o Minimum 4 years of experience in project execution and site supervision in commercial interior fit-out projects. o Working knowledge of civil construction, MEP coordination, and material specifications. o Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and interpreting layouts.

Pay: Up to ?30,920.34 per month
