Job Title: " Site Engineer - Facade Works"

Job Summary :

The Site Engineer - Facade Works is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing facade-related construction activities on site. The role ensures that facade installations (such as curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum systems) are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and monitor facade installation works including curtain wall, cladding, glazing, louvers, and related systems

Review and interpret approved shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals

Coordinate daily site activities with facade subcontractors, consultants, and other trades

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations

Conduct site inspections and ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings

Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and material requirements

Identify and resolve site issues related to design, installation, or coordination

Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of facade materials

Assist in testing, commissioning, and final inspections of facade systems

Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams to maintain quality and site safety

Support project handover and snag-list clearance activities

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field

Knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation techniques

Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings

Experience :

2-5 years of experience in facade works (curtain wall, cladding, glazing, aluminum systems)

Site-based construction experience preferred

Skills & Competencies :

Strong technical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Familiarity with construction standards and safety practices

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Work Environment :

Site-based role

May require working extended hours depending on project requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
