Responsibilities
Assist in daily civil or mechanical site activities.
Support senior engineers in supervision and quality monitoring.
Take measurements and maintain level/alignments.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain site documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and vendors.
Follow all safety rules and ensure safe working practices.
Assist in basic inspection activities (fit-up, finishing, alignment, material checks).
Requirements
B.Tech in
Civil or Mechanical Engineering
(Freshers only).
Basic understanding of site work and engineering drawings.
Good communication and willingness to learn.
Ability to work at project sites as required.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
