The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site activities for waterproofing and epoxy projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES:
Supervise site execution of waterproofing & epoxy works.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Maintain site material records and daily progress reports.
Communicate updates to management and clients.
KPI: PERFORMANCE METRICS:
On-time project completion.
Quality compliance as per standards.
Effective site coordination and minimal rework.
Client satisfaction and timely reporting.
SKILLS & ATTITUDE (A IN BARE FIT)
REQUIRED SKILLS PREFERRED SKILLS:
Good English communication (written & spoken).
Proficiency in basic computer & email handling.
Site supervision & coordination.
Tamil or Telugu communication skills(advantage).
Knowledge of waterproofing techniques.
