Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join our waterproofing projects team in Bangalore. The role involves supervising on-site waterproofing works, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality standards, and assisting in project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing waterproofing works at project sites. Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution. Maintain daily site reports, material usage records, and work progress updates. Support the project manager in inspections, testing, and handover processes. Troubleshoot and escalate technical/site issues as required.
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field). 0-2 years of site experience, preferably in waterproofing or construction finishing works. Basic knowledge of waterproofing materials, techniques, and site safety practices. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work at different project locations across Bangalore, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai.
