Job Summary

To oversee the execution of civil works at the project site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of all construction activities in alignment with project specifications and client requirements

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and execute site work from foundation to finishing stage as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with Project Manager, contractors, and client representatives for daily work planning and progress updates. Ensure materials and manpower planning for smooth execution. Monitor work progress, prepare daily reports, and maintain proper documentation of site activities. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and design specifications. Verify measurements and assist in billing and quantity estimation. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely availability of materials. Identify and resolve technical issues arising on site. Support in preparing and maintaining site records, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and inspection checklists.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 5-7 years of experience in building or industrial project execution

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of civil execution methods and construction standards Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation Understanding of safety and quality systems

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and coordination skills. Leadership and problem-solving ability
