Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Supervision: Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to interior design and build projects to ensure tasks are executed as per design specifications, quality standards, and within the set timelines. Task Management & Scheduling: Plan and prioritize tasks for each project section, ensuring on-time task handovers and that project milestones are met efficiently.Manpower Handling: Manage and direct skilled labor and subcontractors on-site. Ensure labor is optimally allocated and deployed to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.Material Stock Management & Planning: Monitor and manage on-site inventory. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials, avoiding delays in project timelines.Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure that all site operations comply with design, quality, and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues or non-compliance.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, inventory, and manpower allocation. Prepare daily and weekly reports on project status, material usage, and timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
