Job Title: Installation Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Installation Engineer for the Led Screen and Active Video Wall to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the installation of equipment, systems, and infrastructure at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys to determine installation requirements and identify potential issues.

2. Installation Planning: Plan and coordinate installations, including creating installation schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring necessary resources are available.

3. LED Installation: Install, configure, and test LED, systems, and infrastructure at customer sites.

4. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions to ensure project timelines are met.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of equipment configuration and testing results.

6. Customer Training: Provide training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

7. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and project management, to ensure successful project execution.

8. Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.

9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment and systems.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in installation and configuration of equipment and systems, including networking protocols and software applications.

4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certifications: UCE Traning certification or equivalent

2. Experience with Specific Equipment: Experience with specific equipment and systems, such as Indoor/ Outdoor LED wall, Commercial displays, Flexible LED wall, etc.

3. Project Management Experience: Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
