We are seeking a young skilled and dedicated Site Engineer cum Site Supervisor to manage the execution of interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining effective coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in interior works, an eye for detail, and the ability to ensure project delivery within defined timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities for all interior works including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, and painting. Ensure work execution is in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks. Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow and timely completion of site tasks. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed daily progress reports. Manage and allocate site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to maintain productivity. Verify site measurements, prepare work checklists, and ensure documentation accuracy. Enforce safety guidelines, maintain site discipline, and ensure a clean and organized work environment. Identify potential issues or deviations early and take corrective measures to prevent delays. Oversee quality of finishing works, installations, and detailing for a high standard of project delivery. Support in project completion, snag list preparation, and final handover documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in interior project execution or site supervision (residential, commercial, or corporate projects preferred). Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and installation processes. Ability to interpret working drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project tracking tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and capable of managing multiple site activities independently. Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.
