Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Execution:

Plan and execute all

interior finishing activities

, including:

Drywall installation and finishing

Ceiling installation (suspended, acoustic, etc.)

Flooring installation (tile, wood, carpet, etc.) Painting and decorative finishes Plumbing and electrical fixtures installation Interior doors and windows installation Kitchen and bathroom installations Monitor and track progress of all finishing work. Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections of all finishing work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Identify and resolve any quality issues promptly. Implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain high quality standards.

Site Management:

Manage and supervise a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors. Coordinate with other site personnel (e.g., project manager, structural engineer, electrical engineer). Ensure a safe and productive work environment. Maintain proper site documentation and records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
