Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed as per engineering drawings and project specifications.
Monitor daily operations, allocate resources, and coordinate with project managers and contractors.
Ensure safety standards and quality control measures are strictly followed throughout the project.
Prepare daily progress reports, documentation, and updates for management review.
Communicate effectively with design teams, suppliers, and site workers to solve technical issues.
Maintain timelines, manage site materials, and ensure project targets are achieved efficiently.
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with prior site experience preferred.
