Job Objectives

Site Work Planning Site Cash Handling Material Stock Maintenance Labour Attendance Follow-up Supervising Maintaining QC Reports. Weekly Site Meeting Arrangements Maintaining Safety Measures in Site.

Brief Responsibilities

Advance planning of Work in Site. Intimate Work Schedule for Contractors and Labors. Material Stock Maintenance. All Types of Voucher Preparation (DLR, WLPR, MSV, Cash voucher) Site Cash Handling. Company Equipment Checking. Maintain Neat Work Space. Co-ordination with Team Members and Head. Maintain Materials and Machinery equipment maintenance record. Intimate of Material and Labor Payment requirement to office. Arrange Material requirement for site in nearby location in case of Emergency. Intimate Labor Queries to Head Office. Handle the Labor Efficiently. Maintain Labor Attendance. Supervising the Curing Work. If any Challenges faced intimate to Site Head. Checking the Structures on Technical Basis. Maintaining QC Report. Weekly Site Meeting Arrangements Maintain Labor Safety measures in Site. Maintain the Contacts of Local Transport, Earth Movers vehicle and Material Rental Shop must. Mandatory Site Arrangements. Actual Site Measurement of Completed Work Every Week. Prepare bill for Sub-Contractors according to the Weekly Work measurement.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
