We are looking for a motivated

Site Engineer

who can take full responsibility for day-to-day site execution and coordination across our ongoing residential projects.

Role Overview

You will oversee all on-site civil and interior works, ensuring that design intent, quality standards, and timelines are consistently achieved. You'll work closely with the architects, contractors, and vendors to maintain smooth progress and high workmanship at every stage.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Quality

Supervise daily site activities as per drawings, specifications, and timelines -- covering structural (foundation, RCC, masonry) and finishing (tiling, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting) works. Conduct quality inspections, maintain snag lists, and ensure reworks are closed promptly. Plan and track daily/weekly work targets with contractors. Maintain daily site reports (DPR), photo documentation, and measurement records (M-Book/RA Bills).

2. Material & Cost Control

Prepare material indents from BOQs and drawings; track deliveries and usage. Maintain inventory logs and minimize wastage. Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery and reconciliation.

3. Planning, Vendors & Documentation

Assist in preparing and verifying BOQs; support vendor evaluation and negotiations. Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, interiors) to ensure drawings are updated and implemented correctly. Maintain documentation control for RFIs, DRNs, and site communications. Enforce safety practices (PPE, housekeeping) and report any incidents or near-misses.

4. Reporting & Communication

Submit weekly progress reports covering time, cost, and quality parameters. Identify and communicate risks or delays early to the directors.

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (preferred). 2-5 years of hands-on experience supervising residential construction (civil + finishing). Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Working knowledge of

AutoCAD

(mandatory); knowledge of

SketchUp/Revit

is an advantage. Proficient in

MS Excel/Google Sheets

for reporting and progress tracking. Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors and labor teams. Languages: English + Telugu/Hindi preferred. Two-wheeler license and readiness for city-wide site visits.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to villa projects, luxury interiors, waterproofing, and landscaping. Understanding of bar bending schedules, project planning, and basic cost control.

Compensation & Work Environment

Salary:

?20,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience and capability). Travel reimbursement and phone/data support for site coordination. Site-based working hours (occasional weekends/early starts).
