Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities.
Ensure that work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Handle site material management and inventory.
Conduct inspections and quality checks of work done on-site.
Liaise with local authorities or regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (as applicable).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and using surveying instruments.
