ROLE DESCRIPTION - SITE ENGINEER
We are hiring a
Site Engineer
for a full-time, on-site role at our
Tambaram office
.
This role focuses on
site supervision, construction execution, coordination, and quality control
. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and as per design specifications.
This position offers strong hands-on field experience across all stages -- from planning to final handover.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily site activities and monitor construction progress
Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Manage site labor and material planning
Prepare site reports, measurements, and documentation
Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety compliance
Assist in resolving on-site technical issues
Attend client meetings and provide execution updates
Support interior and finishing works coordination
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction-related field
Knowledge of construction drawings and site execution processes
Familiarity with AutoCAD (basic drawing reading/editing)
Strong site management and coordination skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Internship or site experience is a plus
Willingness to work on-site daily
