Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer specializing in Mivan finishing. The

successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the transition from structural

shell to final handover in high-rise residential projects. The focus is on maintaining the

high-precision standards of Mivan casting while managing high-volume finishing

activities within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

? Mivan Finishing Oversight: Manage all internal and external finishing activities

(plastering, tiling, painting, and joinery) specifically on surfaces cast with

Aluminum Formwork.

? Surface Rectification: Identify and rectify concrete offsets, bulges, or

honeycombing immediately after de-shuttering to ensure a smooth base for

finishing.

? Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to verticality, right angles (mullions),

and surface smoothness as per residential luxury standards.

? Snag List Management: Proactively identify snags during the finishing stage

and ensure 100% closure before final handover to the CRM/Handover team.

? Material Management: Track and optimize the consumption of finishing

materials (tiles, gypsum, paint) to minimize wastage on-site.

? Labor Coordination: Supervise finishing contractors and specialized labor

teams to maintain daily productivity targets and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

? Education: B.E. Civil / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or DCE (Diploma in Civil

Engineering).

? Experience: 4 to 6 years of on-site experience, with a heavy focus on

residential projects utilizing Mivan (Aluminum Formwork).

? Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Mivan cycle sequences, wall-tie

treatments, and specialized finishing requirements for shear-wall structures.

? Soft Skills: Strong leadership to manage labor contractors, keen eye for

aesthetic detail, and the ability to work under tight "slab-cycle" deadlines.

? Commitment: High level of ownership regarding "First Time Right" quality to

reduce rework costs.

Pay: ₹18,854.72 - ₹30,549.45 per month
