Job Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring site activities to ensure timely completion of project work with quality and safety standards. The role involves coordination with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision

Oversee day-to-day site activities as per drawings, technical specifications, and standards. Ensure work is carried out as per approved plans, BOQ, and schedules. Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

2. Planning & Coordination

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, material suppliers, and consultants. Assist in resolving technical issues on-site.

3. Material & Resource Management

Track material requirements and raise purchase requests in advance. Maintain material usage records and ensure optimal utilization. Verify delivery, quality, and GRN documentation.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain site logs, daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and quality checklists. Submit DPR (Daily Progress Report) and updates to the project manager. Assist in billing measurements and client bill preparation.

5. Quality & Safety Compliance

Ensure proper implementation of QMS and site safety practices. Conduct quality checks and ensure corrective actions when required. Monitor worker safety and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

6. Client & Consultant Interaction

Attend site meetings and present work progress. Coordinate with clients/consultants for approvals and inspections. Resolve site queries professionally and promptly.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of site execution (civil/interior/MEP as applicable). Ability to read drawings, BOQ, and specifications. Team handling and coordination skills. Good communication and reporting abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and site documentation.

Education & Experience

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field. 1-5 years of site execution experience (depending on company requirement).

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
