Job Summary

The Civil & Interior Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil construction and interior fit-out activities at the project site. The role ensures that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor civil construction and interior fit-out works on site Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and design intent Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and safety compliance Monitor construction activities including structural works, finishes, and interior installations Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues at the site Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations Verify materials, workmanship, and installation methods Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and as-built documentation Assist in project planning, scheduling, and timely project delivery

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline 1-5 years of experience in both civil construction and interior fit-out works Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and interior drawings Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
