Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior and construction projects.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
Review and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
Use AutoCAD for basic drawing modifications, measurements, and layout verifications.
Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability at the site.
Maintain quality control and ensure work is executed as per design and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain site progress reports, daily logs, and updates for management.
Resolve site-related issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant work experience in interior fit-outs and/or construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic to intermediate level).
Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution processes.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site activities.
