Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated

Site Engineer

to join our team and support the successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site technical guidance, quality control, safety compliance, and ensuring that work is completed on time and within specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed according to project plans and standards. Provide technical advice and resolve any engineering issues that arise on site. Monitor construction progress and maintain detailed site reports, logs, and documentation. Conduct quality inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet required specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed and conduct regular site safety checks. Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications, and communicate requirements to the site team. Assist with project scheduling, planning, and cost control activities. Prepare reports on progress, issues, and potential risks. Support the implementation of engineering solutions to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Diploma in related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software (e.g., Revit, Primavera--optional). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
