Roles and Responsibility:

Review and verify contractor's work against

approved construction drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs

. Conduct

daily site inspections

to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards Track daily work progress and compare it with the

project schedule (baseline and weekly/monthly plans)

. Report delays, risks, and bottlenecks to the

Resident Engineer / Construction Manager

. Certify contractor's

daily/weekly progress reports

and ensure accuracy Maintain updated

site records

, including inspection reports, test reports, checklists, and logs. Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly PMC reports

highlighting progress, issues, safety concerns, and resource deployment.
candidates with PMC Background will be holding high advantage and should have two wheeler mandatory.
