Responsible for complete site execution of modular kitchen and wardrobe projects, ensuring timely, high-quality installation and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site installation and ensure work matches design and quality standards.
Coordinate with factory, design, and vendors for material delivery and technical clarifications.
Communicate progress and issues to Project Manager daily.
Inspect materials, manage labor, and ensure safe, clean site conditions.
Prepare daily site reports, snag lists, and handover documents.
Skills Required
Knowledge of modular/interior installation.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting tools).
Qualification & Experience
Diploma / B.E. in Civil or Interior Design.
2-5 years experience in interior or modular site execution.
Two-wheeler & smartphone mandatory.
