We are looking for a qualified and responsible Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will ensure work progress, quality, and safety as per drawings and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute all site activities as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with Project Manager, QA/QC, and Foreman for smooth project execution.
Ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to schedule.
Check materials, quantities, and ensure proper utilization.
Prepare daily progress reports and submit to the Project Manager.
Verify contractor work and assist in billing measurements.
Ensure proper documentation of site activities and inspections.
Resolve site issues and provide technical support to workers.
Requirements:
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
2-6 years of experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
Good understanding of quality and safety standards.
Ability to handle site supervision, manpower, and coordination.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD is an advantage.
