Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Site Engineer with expertise in residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day execution of interior works, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, to the highest quality standards, and within budget. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing labor, coordinating with contractors and clients, and ensuring the seamless execution of all interior-related works including carpentry, tiles and granite laying, false ceilings, electrical, sanitary, and plumbing tasks.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily progress of interior works on-site, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in accordance with project timelines. Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to execute all interior works accurately. Oversee and manage labor teams, assigning tasks and ensuring work is carried out as per project specifications. Ensure that materials used on-site meet the quality standards and are in line with project requirements. Coordinate closely with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project. Ensure the interior works, including carpentry, false ceilings, tiling, granite laying, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary installations, are executed as per the plan and within the defined scope. Manage the handing over process of flat premises to clients with complete readiness, including interior works and finishing touches as per the client's requests. Maintain detailed records of all measurements, work quality, and project progress for accurate billing and labor payment. Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and contractors to resolve any issues promptly and maintain smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations on-site.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in interior execution works, including residential and commercial projects. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and plans. Experience in coordinating and supervising labor teams on-site. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control in all aspects of the project. Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, contractors, and team members. Experience in managing work schedules, timelines, and budgets. Ability to resolve issues and address challenges quickly and effectively. Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations for construction and interior works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
