Conduct detailed site investigations
to analyze existing conditions, structural integrity, and infrastructure constraints.
Verify the accuracy of provided technical drawings
and digital site maps against actual on-site measurements and conditions.
Ensure the project site and execution plans comply
with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
before commencement of work.
Technical Coordination & Information Flow
Serve as the primary technical liaison
between the design team, external contractors, and the client.
Manage the timely distribution of approved, 'Good for Construction' (GFC) documentation
and technical specifications to all on-site teams and vendors.
Facilitate technical clarifications
and rapidly process
Requests for Information (RFIs)
between the site and the design office, ensuring minimal execution delays.
Execution Oversight & Quality Assurance
Provide continuous, hands-on oversight
of all on-site civil and interior execution activities, strictly verifying work compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
Implement and monitor site safety plans and protocols
in coordination with contractors to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct regular quality checks and snagging inspections
to ensure materials and workmanship adhere to the highest standards.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
Track and report the daily and weekly progress
of civil and interior works against the project schedule and milestones.
Manage the material procurement cycle
by forecasting requirements and verifying the quantity and quality of delivered materials on-site.
