Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic
Site Engineer
to join our Operations Team. This role is ideal for
freshers with a civil engineering background
who are eager to start their career in interior project execution. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with vendors and workers, and ensure smooth project execution under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor on-site execution of interior works such as carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, painting, etc.
Coordinate with design and operation teams to understand project requirements.
Maintain site cleanliness and ensure daily site reports are submitted.
Track material delivery and update material stock availability on site.
Assist in managing the project timeline and alert the team about delays or issues.
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
Support vendors and workers on site with necessary information and coordination.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (freshers are welcome).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Chennai.
Strong sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn.
Basic knowledge of interior materials and civil/interior work is a plus.
