Job Description

Roshan Interiors Private Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-field civil site engineering projects. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to timelines. The Site Engineer will play a vital role in our commitment to delivering superior interior solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site electrical installations and activities. Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions. Prepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports and inspection records.

Skills and Qualifications:

Core Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and interpreting technical drawings. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Soft Skills:

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience and Expectations:

Eligibility:

Open to candidates from all engineering backgrounds with relevant experience.

Filters:

Candidates with 2-4 years of experience are preferred.
