Job description:

Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner. Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance. Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures. Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

Willing to relocate to Chennai. Minimum 2 years of total experience. Free Accommodation and food provided. Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory. Candidate should know Malayalam (Speak/write/Read) Two wheelers required 2 years of experience in construction/site supervision. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
