Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled

Site Engineer

to manage day-to-day site execution activities for infrastructure and agri-tech projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of reading drawings, coordinating with contractors, ensuring timely progress, and maintaining quality and safety standards at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all

on-site activities

related to project execution. Ensure work is executed as per

drawings, specifications, and BOQs

. Monitor

daily site progress

, manpower deployment, and material usage. Handle

contractor coordination, quality checks, and measurements

. Prepare and submit

daily/weekly progress reports

to the project manager. Maintain proper

site records, work logs, and documentation

. Assist in

material planning, procurement coordination

, and inventory management. Ensure adherence to

safety protocols

and quality standards at all times. Handle basic troubleshooting and provide technical support on-site. Conduct

site handovers, testing, and final installations

as per project plans.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in

Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering fields

. 1-4 years of experience in

site execution

, preferably in construction or agri-infrastructure projects. Ability to read and understand

technical drawings and site layouts

. Proficient in

MS Office (Word, Excel), AutoCAD

(basic understanding preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to

travel and stay at project sites

as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in

greenhouse projects, irrigation systems, or agri-automation setups

is an added advantage. Candidates with a

two-wheeler

and valid driving license preferred. Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle on-site teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
