Job Summary:

Eighteen Steps is seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Site Engineer to manage and execute civil and interior works. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in BOQ preparation, project costing, and site supervision for architectural and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute day-to-day civil and interior site operations. Ensure timely completion of works in line with design and technical specifications. Prepare and review detailed BOQs for both civil and interior works. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants on-site. Monitor work quality, safety, and compliance with project timelines. Track project costs and manage material and manpower planning. Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy in quantity take-offs. Report project progress and site issues to management proactively.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in civil and interior project execution. Strong background in architectural and interior fit-out projects. Proficient in preparing BOQs and cost estimations. Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate on-site activities independently. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
