23 - 35k Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site civil work including excavation, RCC, steelwork, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, finishing, etc.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Monitor construction progress and maintain daily work reports, site diaries, and material logs.

Verify material quality and quantities received at the site; coordinate with the procurement team.

Assist in setting out, levelling, and surveying the site using appropriate tools.

Ensure proper safety measures and compliance with HSE policies on-site.

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure workmanship standards are maintained.

Report deviations or technical issues to the Project Manager and suggest corrective measures.

Prepare and assist in the accurate preparation of measurement sheets, work done statements, and bills for contractor and vendor payments.

Assist in quantity surveying, estimation of project costs, and material requirements based on drawings and specifications.

Liaise with consultants and client representatives for inspections and approvals.
Skills & Education:

Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project coordination.

Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.

Proven knowledge and experience in billing, quantity surveying, and estimation for civil construction projects.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other site management tools.
