JOB TITLE: SITE ENGINEER SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SITE ENGINEER / SUPERVISOR to oversee the infrastructure and maintenance of educational facilities. This role involves supervising on site works, managing vendors, ensuring safety compliance and coordinating with academic and administrative teams to maintain a safe and efficient campus environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

INFRASTRUCTURE AND SITE SUPERVISION:

Oversee construction, renovation and maintenance projects within the campus. Monitor timely completion of tasks as per approved designs and standards.

MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT:

Inspect electrical, plumbing, infrastructure, civil, and mechanical systems regularly. Maintain AMC records and equipment servicing logs Manage third party third party vendors for civil work, pest control, HVAC, etc. Coordinate with admin/teaching staff to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance work. Ensure facilities like classrooms, labs, hostels and sports areas are operational and well maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Diploma / Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Site supervision, preferably in educational institutions or commercial buildings. Strong knowledge of building systems, construction procedures, and project coordination. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and site reporting tools.

PREFFERED EXPERIENCE:

Experience handling multi-building campuses. Familiarity with School/College level operational needs. Exposure to safety audits, green building practices, or ISO standards.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
