Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil)

Qualification:

08+ years' Experience in B.E./ B. Tech (in Civil).and 10+ years Experience for Diploma in Civil

Job Location:

Bangalore (Karnataka)

Experience:

08 + years of experience in construction of Solar projects projects.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Planning and preparing technical drawings and construction layouts

Reviewing work schedules and delegating work tasks

Organizing construction materials and negotiating vendor contracts

Conducting preliminary inspections at potential construction sites

Gathering data and writing site reports and other necessary work documentation

Determining project feasibility and giving approval

Developing construction project budget estimates

Providing technical advice and diagnosing and resolving technical difficulties

Ensuring compliance with health, safety and legal regulations

Collaborating with clients, construction crews, subcontractors and other professionals

Conducting quality assurance and providing feedback

Site Engineer Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.

Experience in a similar role.

Additional certificates or licenses may be required.

Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.

Great leadership and organizational skills.

Project management skills.

Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.

Great written and verbal communication skills.

A willingness to learn.
