Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Supervise rubber lining application processes, ensuring they meet project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate resources, equipment, and workforce to ensure smooth project execution.
Surface Preparation:
Oversee cleaning, priming, and preparation of equipment surfaces before applying rubber lining.
Rubber Lining Application:
Supervise the rubber lining process, ensuring proper technique, thickness, and curing.
Perform on-site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and regulations for rubber lining processes, including PPE use, chemical handling, and equipment safety.
Ensure the team follows environmental and safety guidelines.
Team Leadership:
Lead and guide a team of technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring quality work.
Provide on-the-job training for junior team members, especially for fresh candidates.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct inspections and tests (e.g., adhesion, spark testing) to ensure rubber lining quality.
Maintain records of all quality control checks and inspections.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and clients.
Provide progress updates and address any client concerns.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate project records, including materials used, hours worked, inspection results, and any incidents or delays.
Prepare regular progress reports for management.
Troubleshooting:
