- Site Engineer (Interior Design / Fit-Out Projects)



Junior Site Engineer

Assists in on-site supervision, measurement verification, and coordination with subcontractors under guidance of senior engineers. Ideal for candidates starting their career in interior execution.

Job Purpose:

To oversee on-site execution of interior and modular furniture projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within quality standards, and as per approved drawings and BOQs.

Key Responsibilities:

o Interpret working drawings and ensure execution as per design specifications.

o Supervise carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, POP, painting, and modular installation works.

o Coordinate with design, factory, and purchase teams for material readiness and clarifications.

o Monitor manpower, material, and progress; maintain daily site logs and reports.

o Ensure installation quality of shutters, fittings, profiles, and accessories (Hafele, Blum, Aristo, etc.).

o Check alignment, levels, and finishes before handover.

o Follow QC and OPR forms for milestone approvals.

o Handle subcontractor billing and work progress verification.

o Attend client/site meetings and update project status with visuals.

Skills & Competencies:

o Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel / Google Sheets, and basic site measurement tools.

o Understanding of modular furniture assembly, materials, and finishes.

o Coordination and leadership abilities for site teams.

o Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

o Attention to detail, quality consciousness, and time management.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / B.E. in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture.
Experience range:
- Junior: 0-2 years
- Site Engineer: 2-5 years
- Senior: 5+ years

Site Engineer

Executes and supervises all site activities including carpentry, modular, civil, electrical, and finishing works ensuring design accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Leads multiple projects or large-scale sites independently, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality control, cost efficiency, and team coordination.
