Key Responsibilities:
Act as the
primary point of contact
between the client, contractors, and consultants on-site.
Supervise and monitor ongoing construction works to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Review and verify contractor work, materials, and execution methods.
Prepare and submit
daily/weekly progress reports
and site documentation to the client.
Identify and report potential delays, issues, or deviations from design and propose corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to
safety protocols
and regulatory requirements at the site.
Assist the client in coordinating inspections, approvals, and project handovers.
Track and manage material usage, equipment deployment, and labor productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil /Structural Engineering or related field.
2-3 years of experience as a
Site Engineer / Site Supervisor
, preferably on client-side projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Proficient in project documentation, reporting, and site management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel).
Excellent communication and coordination skills for dealing with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in line with client requirements.
Preferred:
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Familiarity with client reporting formats and protocols.
