Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and Fresher/experienced Site Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a focus on ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This position is responsible for overseeing the construction process, managing site logistics, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet specifications.
- Utilize construction estimating software, such as ProEstimate, to manage project costs and track expenses.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of project documentation, including construction schedules, daily reports, and change orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Review and approve construction plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure compliance with project specifications and local building codes.
- Oversee the setup and management of construction sites, including coordinating with site personnel and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Utilize project management software, such as Prolog, to track project progress and manage tasks and deadlines.
- Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure open communication.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with construction estimating software, such as ProCore.
- Experience with blueprints and schematics.
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and local building codes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in construction project management software, such as Bluebeam and Prolog.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics.
- Experience with project scheduling and construction estimating.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring project quality and timeliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
