This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Shivamogga, Karnataka, India. The position is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in site engineering
• Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles
• Proficiency in site planning and construction management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to interpret and analyze construction plans and specifications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver\'s license

• Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards
• Supervising and coordinating construction activities, including the work of subcontractors and workers
• Keeping track of project progress and reporting to the project manager
• Analyzing construction plans and specifications to determine the required materials, equipment, and labor
• Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, such as daily activity reports, site diaries, and progress reports
• Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure efficient resource utilization
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
• Troubleshooting and resolving construction issues in a timely manner
• Managing and maintaining construction equipment and machinery
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and construction best practices
