Supervise daily site operations to ensure work progress as per project schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and laborers for smooth project execution.
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor material usage and maintain proper records of site materials and inventory.
Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update the management on project status.
Manage site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers for on-site requirements.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and cost control activities for ongoing projects.
