Job Description

The Sr. Site Engineer will be responsible for coordinating technical aspects of projects, bridging the gap between design, execution, and delivery. The role requires hands-on problem solving, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution. Review technical drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors to streamline workflows. Monitor progress and prepare project reports, ensuring timely updates to management. Support procurement, cost estimation, and resource allocation activities. Ensure all projects adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards. Troubleshoot technical issues during design, execution, and installation phases. Contribute to process improvements and innovative solutions in project delivery. Estimate quantities and raise requisitions for materials. Track delivery and consumption of materials to minimize wastage. Manage subcontractors' work progress and verify their bills. Support procurement by evaluating material and vendor quotations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Maintain records of drawings, site instructions, material receipts, and work progress. Assist in preparing project status reports for management review.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree /Diploma in Civil engineering discipline. 2-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in project execution ( Construction related experience preferred). Strong understanding of project management principles. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
