Job Description

:

We are looking for an experienced

Site Engineer

for Rural Electrification (RE) project works. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, field execution, vendor management, and compliance with project quality and safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor

Rural Electrification (RE) project execution

as per drawings and technical specifications. Manage day-to-day site activities including

line erection, pole installation, transformer installation, and HT/LT line work

. Ensure proper

site planning, resource allocation, and work scheduling

to meet project timelines. Conduct

site surveys, load assessments, and material requirement planning

. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams for smooth execution. Ensure strict compliance with

quality standards, electrical safety norms, and project guidelines

. Verify and maintain

site documentation

, work progress reports, and measurement sheets (MB). Monitor material usage, availability, and reconciliation on site. Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to on-ground execution teams. Coordinate with project management teams for

daily/weekly progress updates

. Support in

testing & commissioning

of RE network components. Ensure proper communication with DISCOM officials and client representatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

is mandatory.

5-7 years

of experience in Rural Electrification / Distribution / Power Sector projects.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
