Requirements

For a concentrated solar power demonstration plant we are looking for a full time young and dynamic Site Engineer with degree in related field - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Site engineer - Strong knowledge of Project Oversight (Supervision) - Can handle Technical Management - Strong attention to team and resource handling - Effective communication, Coordination and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and take safety assurance -Maintain site documentation and logs

Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work aligns with project plans, budgets, and timelines.

- Review engineering plans and drawings, set out sites, and ensure that construction adheres to technical specifications.

- Manage and coordinate construction personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, and organize necessary materials and tools.

- Enforce safety regulations, conduct quality control checks, and ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards

.- Maintain detailed site logs, prepare progress reports, and document all project activities and expenditures.

- Provide technical advice and resolve on-site issues and delays as they arise.

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and other professionals. - Knowledge of construction, structural design, and quality and cost control.

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
