Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact with the vendors, and contractors throughout the duration of a project Understand the scope of work and develop a detailed project schedule and budget Manage day-to-day operations of the project site, including on-site staff and subcontractors Review all invoices related to the project and send for approval Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget Resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project Prepare progress reports and send to management regularly Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly Attend job site meetings, as well as meetings with other professionals Select and specify all materials and finishes to be used in the project Develop documents and specifications Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to ensure that all work meets the required standards Preparing a final report on the project and the following stages Finish project on time without any compromise Maintaining all existing stores, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the premises

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or related field Minimum 4 years professional experience in interior design, with a focus on project management Proven experience to develop creative solutions that meet their needs and budget Ability to create detailed floor plans, elevations Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
